Paul Millard

I have worked in training for over 20 years and love the buzz of working face-to-face with learners.  I have gained many years of professional experience working for large technology companies but decided to set up this business so I can do what I love.

When training, I establish an environment where learners participate and enjoy the immersive process. I design and deliver courses that have clear objectives, structure and assessments to ensure that the learners take away the skills and attitude they need to implement their new knowledge and skills. I build rapport quickly and maintain a light atmosphere to ensure that learners fully engage. Learners feel able to ask questions and contribute, meaning that key learning objectives are established, understood, and met.

I also have experience in creating online training, and Learning Management System design and implementation.

I have a Master Diploma in Training and Development from The Training Foundation and use TAP training methods.
